On April 9th at 1535 hrs, the station was alerted to assist station 15 (Delaware City) on a overturned sailboat. MRU 29 along with Marine 1 made the respond under the command of Deputy Chief Newman. While responding the units were advised that the boat was off of Pea Patch Island and the occupants were hanging onto the boat. 15 Marine 1 arrived and secured the occupants of the boat and 29 Marine 1 towed it back to the dock in Delaware City.
