On behalf of the Officers, Staff, and Members, the Port Penn Fire Company would like to congratulate Past Chief Frank Schoeffler on being named the Port Penn Fire Company’s first Chief Emeritus. Past Chief Schoeffler served in multiple leadership roles such as Rescue Captain, Assistant Chief, Deputy Chief, Board Director, and served as the Fire Chief for a total of 22 years. Chief Schoeffler is currently a Career Captain at the GoodWill Fire Company as well as the County Swift Water Rescue Team Leader. The company thanks him for his dedication
